There are limited work hours for part-time jobs in France, up to 20 hours per week for international students. To work in France, you will have to be at least fluent in French. There is no entry requirement for learning their language in French institutions. With the help of Authorization Proviso ire de Sejour (APS), international students can remain in France and work under the same conditions meant for students until a work permit is signed.
