User Experience (UX) is referred to the interaction between a user and a product or service. It takes into account all the elements that are part of their experience and satisfaction with the product/service. The goal of user experience design is to make their products/services user-friendly, productive, applicable, and satisfying for all users. By combining marketing research with product development, strategy, and designs, user experience designers can bridge their products/services with customer understanding of how user experience design enterprises can meet the needs and expectations of customers.

The skills that employers require for a user experience designer include a combination of designing, business discernment, and soft skills. They also need to know how to deal with creating user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards. They will need to have the ability to arrange and direct user testing, surveys, evaluations, business measures, deliverance, and conversion of data, goals, and objectives into multi-media experiences. There are a few specific programs for wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing. Balsamiq, InVision, and UsabilityHub are one of the most popular programs in the industry. User experience designers will also use communication and project management tools to constantly keep their work on track.
